Product Support Specialist

We are looking for an individual passionate about technology, with the following essential attributes:

• Proven customer support experience – both in the field and using phone, email or remote technology
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Sound knowledge of SQL database administration and implementation
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Server environments

The following attributes are desirable and will be highly thought of:

• Field technician experience
• Basic electrical theory
• Microsoft certification
• A relevant tertiary degree or diploma
• Experience in the security/access control industry

You will be responsible for providing exceptional support for our specialist range of products. The role also requires you to test relevant products, document faults, procedures and technical information as required. The environment is fast paced and dynamic, with ever changing deadlines.

The role is a permanent full time position, based at our modern premises in Albany. All candidates applying for this role MUST currently have the right to work permanently in New Zealand, and must hold a clean, full NZ drivers licence. Police or security checks may be required.
